Description
Mental health is an essential component of our overall well-being. This online self-paced course serves to raise awareness about the complex topic of mental health and the workplace, common signs and symptoms of potential mental health issues, and various coping and support strategies. Participants will acquire new tools and resources to support their own mental health and the well-being of their colleagues and peers.
Topics include:
- describing mental health and the relationship between mental health and the workplace
- recalling common signs and symptoms of mental health issues
- understanding how to become better aware of the state of your mental health
- identifying the principles related to supporting a culture of mental health and well-being
- accessing resources and information for mental health support/li>
