Setbacks are a fact of life, and how we react to them can determine our success at work. This course for public servants at all levels introduces the notion of resilience in the workplace and offers techniques that can be used to strengthen it. Through self-reflection, group discussions and interactive exercises, participants will explore coping strategies that build resilience and improve the ability to bounce back from life's setbacks.
