Description

The Government of Canada is increasingly using artificial intelligence (AI) to improve citizen services, inform policy decisions and streamline operations.

This event will showcase real-world examples of government organizations that are redesigning how people find the right government information and services by leveraging AI solutions for simpler navigation and targeted service delivery.

Participants will gain a better understanding of how AI is being used in the delivery of public services, along with the conditions and considerations necessary to ensure responsible outcomes for AI-enabled projects.
