This course aims to help managers set the conditions for their teams to reflect on what "modern government" means for the public service and to shape their practices in line with the Government of Canada's Digital Ambition. Through a series of self-paced and instructor-facilitated learning modules, participants will take a comprehensive look at the Government of Canada Digital Standards (part of the new Policy on Service and Digital) and learn how to apply them to deliver better products and improved services.

This online self-paced course explores different processes for monitoring communications to ensure that project communications are efficient and productive. Participants will learn about the multiple systems, strategies and resources for observing and reacting to communications among project stakeholders.

This online self-paced course presents strategies for navigating through challenging work relationships, including how to approach sensitive issues and identify different warning signs and behaviours. Participants will learn how to write constructive, tactful emails that can help to de-escalate challenging situations in the workplace.
Navigating Faith, Spirituality and Religion in the Workplace
