This online self-paced course describes the characteristics of experiences that matter and the behaviours that make people feel noticed, affirmed and needed. Participants will learn about the importance of creating a culture of significance at work and why each person's contribution matters.
The Power to Bounce Back: Being Resilient
This course for public servants at all levels introduces the notion of resilience in the workplace and offers techniques that can be used to strengthen it. Through self-reflection, group discussions and interactive exercises, participants will explore coping strategies that build resilience and improve the ability to bounce back from life's setbacks.
