Mental Health: Workplace Aggression, Bystander Intervention
This event recording of the third session of the Government of Canada Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Conference 2022 presents how workplace aggression has impacted members of equity-seeking groups and their mental health, and provides recommendations on ways to identify, address and prevent aggression in the workplace.

This online self-paced course provides a brief introduction to the history and culture of the Métis Nation and the complexity of emerging Métis identity across Canada today. Participants will learn the significance of Métis self-identification and how the Métis had to fight for recognition of their Aboriginal rights and are now establishing their own governments.

Modernizing Public Services for Managers
This course aims to help managers set the conditions for their teams to reflect on what "modern government" means for the public service and to shape their practices in line with the Government of Canada's Digital Ambition. Through a series of self-paced and instructor-facilitated learning modules, participants will take a comprehensive look at the Government of Canada Digital Standards (part of the new Policy on Service and Digital) and learn how to apply them to deliver better products and improved services.
