Participants will learn why it is important to invest time into the proper planning and writing of a business case, as well as how to present one to decision-makers with maximum impact.
Developing and Supporting an Agile Mind-set
This online self-paced course explains the importance and benefits of developing an organizational culture that is agile and open to change. Participants will learn the characteristics that distinguish an agile mindset from a fixed mindset, and ways to encourage and build an enterprise that is responsive to change.
Digital in Practice
This course provides a high-level overview of the Government of Canada Digital Standards, which constitute the cornerstone of the government's shift to digital and to becoming more agile, open and user-focused. Participants will consider the positive impacts of the government's digital standards on the everyday work of public servants and explore ways to adapt to new digital realities and mindsets.
