Visible Minorities in the Senior Ranks of the Public Service of Canada: Challenges and Opportunities (INC1-V13)
On September 17, 2020, APEX and the School convened a panel of senior leaders to discuss the challenges faced by visible minorities in moving into the senior ranks of the federal public service. In this video recording of the event, you will hear their personal stories of systemic discrimination and the concrete actions needed to bring about meaningful change in the public service.

This online self-paced course reviews vocabulary in English as a second language that relates to four common topics used throughout the public service: project management, performance at work, client service, and values and ethics. Participants will put their new vocabulary to the test by completing suggested practice activities at the end of each topic.
