This online self-paced course provides an overview of the basic requirements and application of the Canada Labour Code, under which managers and supervisors carry out the role of the employer. Through case studies and practical exercises, participants will be able to familiarize themselves with their respective rights, duties and responsibilities.
Cercle des jeunes leaders fédéral-provincial
Collaboration and knowledge transfer between federal and provincial government leaders is key to building a stronger executive rank within both levels of government. The Federal-Provincial Young Leaders Circle Program (Cercle des jeunes leaders fédéral-provincial) brings together executives from the Government of Canada and the Government of Quebec to explore the realities of senior level leadership positions, federal-provincial relations, and how to effectively tackle challenges faced by both levels of government. Participants will engage in a variety of learning activities, including group training, individual exercises, mentoring and networking. Change Management and the Brain
This course explores how the brain reacts to anticipate and mitigate stressful situations resulting from change. Participants will learn about the role that the brain plays in adapting to and managing change, and how it can react when exposed to social stresses.
