Adapted from the Ontario Human Rights Commission, this online self-paced course explains the meaning of race, racism, and racial discrimination, and presents a historical overview of racism and racial discrimination in Canada. Participants will learn about the human rights protections under the Canadian Human Rights Act and will take away practical approaches for preventing and addressing instances of racial discrimination in their workplace.
