Policy Implementation Case Study: The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development (FON102)
This online self-paced course uses the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development as a case study to assist learners in gathering insights on the key considerations involved in the development of an effective and sustainable policy implementation strategy. Participants will share their ideas on how to identify a policy problem, select appropriate policy instruments, acknowledge the stakeholder environment, conduct a risk assessment, and evaluate implementation success.

Polishing Your Feedback Skills (TRN223)
This online self-paced course presents techniques for how and when to offer constructive feedback in a positive manner to colleagues at all levels. Through the use of video practice scenarios, participants will learn how to offer helpful feedback, respond to bad reactions, and overcome their own nervousness.

Portable Fire Extinguishers (WMT105)
This online self-paced course identifies the various classes of fire and explains how and when to use a portable fire extinguisher to put out a small fire in the workplace. Participants will learn about the different types of portable fire extinguishers and fire extinguishing agents, as well as their proper storage location and use.

Positive Space Initiative: 2SLGBTQI+ Awareness (INC111)
This course introduces the concepts, terminology and vocabulary related to gender and sexual diversity, as well as the importance of Positive Space and how to become an ally. Participants will discuss issues relevant to the 2SLGBTQI+ communities and learn to contribute to a safer, more inclusive public service.

Positive Space Initiative: Becoming an Ambassador for 2SLGBTQI+ Inclusion (INC112)
This course explains what it means to be a Positive Space ambassador and prepares individuals to offer support to their colleagues as a Positive Space ambassador in the workplace. Through scenarios and practical exercises, participants will learn behaviours that can help bring diversity and inclusion into the modern workplace.

Preparation for the English as a Second Language Evaluation: Oral Proficiency - Levels B and C (FON403)
This online self-paced course assists learners in preparing for the Public Service Commission's Test of Oral Proficiency for levels B and C in English as a second language. Participants will be prompted to complete various oral comprehension, expression and interaction exercises at the B and C levels, with increasing degrees of difficulty, consistent with the Test of Oral Proficiency.

Preparation for the English as a Second Language Evaluation: Written Expression and Reading Comprehension (FON401)
This online self-paced course presents practice tests that follow patterns and conditions similar to those of the official language evaluations for written expression and reading comprehension in English.

Preparation for the French as a Second Language Evaluation: Oral Proficiency - Levels B and C (FON404)
